Yamazen establishes distribution base for FA equipment in eastern Japan

Yamazen, a trading company, announced on July 21, 2021 that it will establish a distribution base in Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture. The new base is scheduled to start operations in early 2022. The total floor area of the base is approximately 18,000 square meters. The investment amount is not disclosed.

The company will deliver cutting tools, measuring tools, mechatronics equipment, environmental improvement equipment, etc. from the new base to eastern Japan. Yamazen rented two floors of “GLP Kitamoto” of Japan GLP, which operates a distribution warehouse, and will establish a base. The company introduces a comprehensive logistics management system, warehouse management system, and the latest material handling equipment at the new base. It will use these facilities to increase the productivity of logistics in the warehouse and deliver products efficiently.
