Yamazaki Mazak opened its new sales and support facility, the “Phoenix Technical Center,” in Arizona, the United States, on April 28.
The facility has a total floor area of approximately 1,200 square meters and includes a showroom, customer training rooms, and office space. With investment demand growing in Arizona — particularly in the semiconductor and aerospace sectors — the company aims to further strengthen its sales and support capabilities across the US Southwest. The showroom displays a total of seven latest machine tools, including Japanese-made multitasking machines and 5-axis machining centers, along with US-built models.
President Takashi Yamazaki commented: “Since our founding, we have placed our bases close to our customers and working closely with them to solve manufacturing challenges. Through the Phoenix Technical Center, we will provide advanced technology and localized support to the growing US manufacturing industry, contributing to improved competitiveness for our customers and the development of the industry as a whole.”
