Radius cutter for high feed machining

The types of maximum cutting diameter of 50mm and 52mm were added to the arbor type of the radius cutter “WJX Series” for high feed machining.
In addition to the conventional 20 items of φ63 to 160 mm, the area of use was widened.
The unique shape of the WJX Series leverages the cutting edge of the positive insert and the economics of the negative insert.
Since the cutting resistance is small beginning of machining, quiet machining can be performed even with intermittent cutting or high feed cutting.
