Hybrid type vertical injection molding machine

“TWX220RIII25V”

Nissei Plastic Industrial began to get orders for hybrid type vertical injection molding machine “TWX220RIII25V”, a 10% reduction in the height of its machinery on May 1, 2019.

The new product is based on a hybrid type vertical machine “TNX-RIII Series” used in the insert moldings for automobiles and electronic parts. The new product is equipped with a new compound type clamping mechanism.

The compound type clamping mechanism consists of a high-speed cylinder, high-pressure clamping cylinder and a half-nut mechanism, which replace a conventional type cylinder that controls both high-speed clamping and high-pressure clamping with one clamping cylinder. Because of new mechanism, the machine height is lowered.

In addition, the amount of required hydraulic oil is reduced by about 50% compared to the conventional ratio, leading to reductions of cost and resource. The clamping force is 2110kN. It is planned to sold 40 units per year.
