Brother Industries will launch the vertical machining center “SPEEDIO W1000Xd1” adopting BT 30 spindle with a wide machining range on December 10, 2020. The travel of the XYZ-axis is 1000×500×300. The table size is 1100 width x 500 mm depth, and the maximum loading workpiece is 400 kg, enable to machine large workpiece. New developed NC device adopts 15-inch liquid crystal touch panel to improve operability.
Productivity has been improved by more than 3% compared to the conventional model by realizing the optimum operation control by NC device and adopting the high acceleration / deceleration spindle motor with low inertia.
