MEIDENSHA establishes the new plant of combined unit of drive motors and inverters for EV

MEIDENSHA, electric equipment manufacturer announced on February 28, 2020 that it will build a new plant for combined unit of drive motors and inverters for EV. The investment amount is about 5.1 billion yen with a total floor area of 5,229 square meters. The new plant to be built in the Nagoya works will start construction in August 2020 and start operation in December 2021.
