This lending is part of “Comprehensive Collaboration Agreement on Industry Promotion” that DMG MORI and Mie Prefecture concluded in April, 2018.
Yokkaichi Technical High School established new courses in 2018 to train engineers through corporate training and practical training on a two-year basis.
The construction has just completed in June, 2018.
This is the first time a machine tool has been introduced into the new building.
Practical training using DMU 50 3rd Generation will be scheduled for eleven students from October, 2018.
At the ceremony, Hiroaki Tamai, executive vice president of DMG MORI, said, “I am pleased that students use our machines which produces a variety of products because they will lead the manufacturing industry in the future. We will continue to contribute to the local community and cooperate with Mie Prefecture.”
